If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it.

Returns

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please submit your return request via our return form before sending the package back.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Once we have received and checked your return, the refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as a store credit for a future purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request.

We will ship the new item as soon as we have received your return.

• The return shipping costs are covered by you.

• We cover the shipping of the new item.

• Exchange orders are final and cannot be returned again.

International Returns

International returns and exchanges are possible, however, all related costs (shipping, customs, and duties) are at the customer’s expense. 

When returning items from abroad, please declare the shipment as “Returned goods – no commercial value” and include the original invoice in the parcel. Any duties or import taxes resulting from an incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.
