Shipping within Switzerland is always free of charge.

As we ship directly from Switzerland, no customs fees apply to your order.

Delivery time: 2–3 working days

All orders are shipped via DPD.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected European countries.

Shipping cost: CHF 20 (flat rate)

Delivery time: 4–8 working days

All orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Please note that customs clearance may cause slight delays.

 

Duties & Taxes

International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it, provided it hasn’t yet been prepared for shipping.
