1. Conclusion of the Contract

1.1. The presentation of products in the online shop LeonardoZürich.ch does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an informal online catalog.

1.2. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.

1.3. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within two days.

1.4. In case of advance payment, the purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of receipt of the advance payment by Leonardo Zürich.

 

2. Purchase and Delivery Terms

Our purchase and delivery terms apply to all written and online orders and are acknowledged with each order.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland. Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 or older with a residence in Switzerland. Customers under 18 require the written consent of their legal guardian.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping and returns within Switzerland are free of charge. For international orders within Europe, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 20. Any customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Prices

Our prices are final prices, stated in CHF, and include the statutory VAT. They are valid at the time of the order.

Promotional price offers and customer discounts are valid only until further notice.

 

5. Returns

You may return items within 10 days of receipt, provided they are returned complete, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to be processed.

Kindly include the delivery note or provide your full customer details to ensure your return can be correctly identified.

 

Black Friday Sales – Exclusion of the Right of Return

All items purchased during the Black Friday period, as well as during “Black Week”, “Black Weekend” or comparable promotional campaigns, are considered Final Sale.

These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This includes, in particular:

  • Returns due to change of mind

  • Exchanges for other sizes or styles

  • Refunds of the purchase price

Your statutory rights in the event of defective or faulty products remain unaffected.

Should such a case occur, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

Special Promotions and Complimentary Gifts

For limited-time promotions or offers that include complimentary gifts, special conditions may apply. These conditions will be communicated on the product page, in the shopping cart, or as part of the respective promotion.

Orders placed as part of such promotional offers may be excluded from returns or exchanges, or may only be eligible for return in the form of a store credit.

In the event of a return, any complimentary gift received as part of the promotion must be returned in full and in undamaged condition.

If the complimentary gift is not included with the return, no refund will be issued and the return will be processed exclusively as store credit.

 

6. Payment

Payment for your order can be made by credit card, TWINT, PayPal, or purchase on account.

We reserve the right to offer only certain payment methods for specific deliveries, for example to safeguard our credit risk in accordance with your creditworthiness.


6.1. Credit card

At Leonardo Zürich, you can also pay online by credit card. Simply select “Credit card” under “Payment method.” We accept Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX.

In addition to the card number, expiry date, and card provider, Leonardo Zürich requires the security code (CVV). This three-digit number on your card ensures payment security on online platforms.


6.2. Purchase by invoice

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “Purchase by invoice” option as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can conveniently pay for your online purchase by invoice. If payment is not made within the given time frame, a monthly invoice with an order overview will be issued in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment process. By choosing purchase on account, you accept, in addition to our Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate invoice by e-mail. From the invoice date, you have 45 days to settle the outstanding amount.

If an order is cancelled or partially returned, the corresponding invoice will be automatically adjusted or cancelled. In the case of a full cancellation, the payment obligation ceases and no further action is required on your part.

 

7. Warranty

Please inspect your delivered items as soon as possible for any obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, and report any such defects immediately to us or the carrier at the time of delivery.

Defects that could not be discovered during a reasonable inspection and appear later must be reported immediately after discovery. If you fail to inspect or report the defect promptly, the goods are deemed accepted, and you can no longer assert any claims against us.

The warranty period for items purchased at Leonardo Zürich is two years.

For defects occurring within these two years and reported in a timely manner, we will offer either a repair of the item, an equivalent replacement product, or a reduction of the purchase price. If none of these options is possible, you may withdraw from the contract.

 

8. Retention of Title

All delivered goods remain the property of Leonardo Zürich until full payment has been made.

 

9. Electronic Communication

You agree that contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.

 

10. Printing and Data Errors

We are not liable for any printing errors in our promotional materials or data errors in our online shop that are based on minor negligence. We are not liable for incorrect price tags, errors in images, product descriptions, or texts, such as coupon or discount campaigns, or for delayed or failed deliveries.

 

11. Contract Language/Storage of Order Text

The contract is concluded in German. The order text is not stored with us and cannot be retrieved after the order process is completed. However, you can print your order details immediately after submitting the order.

 

12.Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated and are not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

 

13. Image Rights

All image rights are held by Leonardo Zürich or its partners. Any use without explicit consent is not permitted.
